  From the very first instant of contacting Jack, he was quick to respond, he was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me up to date with the order, delivery and installation dates and times I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

  So friendly and fantastic work

  Jack was so helpful, he went through every option with me in great detail to make sure I was happy with my windows and door I purchased, even when I was being fussy! Nothing was too much to ask. Messages were answered quickly and professionally. His turnaround time was swift, and he completed the works so quickly and to such a high standard! He even patched up an area of plaster for me that he didn’t even cause an issue with. I would highly recommend Jack for any windows or doors you need. My cats also liked him a lot, which is high praise!!!

  Draught proofing to windows and patio doors

  French door installation

  Had a set of French doors put into garage wall, great level of professionalism and communication from Jack from initial quote though to installation, excellent standard of work, great attention to detail, very happy with the work and install. I would definitely recommend.

  Sash window repair

  Our sash window broke and couldn't be shut. Jack kindly popped round the next day to close it so it was no longer a security risk. Once he had the part needed to fix it, he arranged to come back. He was friendly and professional and left everything tidy. The window is working again and we were happy with his service. Would use him again in future.
