  Clearance of a grim bungalow

  Had a seaside bungalow with a lovely tenant for 8 years. Unfortunately he became unwell and had to go into care by which time property was unkempt. Closer inspection revealed loft and garage full of, well, rubbish. Garden not been attended to. Mike and Clean'n'Tidy to the rescue. Got a quote (easy) and I liked his approach. His team have done wonders and brought the property up to a condition where I can think of selling it. They started work the day after I gave the OK, got on with it, completed the work (in a heatwave) and I am delighted with the result.

  Collection/removal

  A collection/removal was completed for me today, which included some heavy boxes and items being carried to my second floor flat. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. The assistance given went above and beyond from what I expected. Very professional. I would not hesitate to call Clear 'n' Tidy again. I highly recommend.

  Clearance at back of property. Are was overgrown and had been fly tipped.

  Michael and his team made arrangements to come and see me the same day I rang them, they arranged for clearance the following day with a very reasonable quote. They left the area immaculate, I couldn’t believe what they had managed to do in the time. They went over and above in clearing the area and also cleared the driveway. They sent pictures to me when it was finished and arranged to see me to return keys. I would highly recommend this firm.

  Furniture Removal

  I used Michael from Clear N Tidy removals for the first time today 14/11/24 to remove furniture from a top floor flat to a house in Chelmsford. Michael and his colleague did an excellent job, turned up on time, completed the job requested in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Will defo use again. Thanks Stuart

  Whole house clearance

  My aunt recently moved into a care home and her house was very untidy, cluttered and dirty. Mike and his colleagues did an excellent job of clearing what looked like an impossible task. He was very polite, personable, punctual and did his best to make sure I was happy with what he was doing. He kept in touch to keep me informed of progress.
