Due to positive reviews of Clearite on Checkatrade I contacted them regarding clearance for a two bedroom flat. I found Jen very friendly and efficient. Good contact throughout the process. Jen provided an excellent, very efficient, friendly and helpful service at reasonable cost. First she carried out an EPC assessment and later did a full house clearance, giving helpful advice and doing heavy work that we were unable to do. She also did a general clean. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I would happily recommend her and would certainly go straight to her if a similar situation were to arise.

Jen was easy to contact and responded and quoted quickly and competitively. She gave me a lot of great advice about getting my mum's house ready for sale. First clearance sweep went totally to plan, fast and efficient. Ian came with Jen and disconnected a stairlift, and they removed it very quickly. Jen is very honest, straightforward, personable, and knowledgeable. Totally above board with lawful disposal. Would recommend Clearite for sure and I'm using them for the final clearance sweep now the house has been sold.
