He kept us well-informed throughout the process answering all our questions. The final report was detailed, clear, and easy to understand, with helpful visuals and explanations of the drainage system. The CCTV inspection was fascinating - a real eye-opener. Tim came and carried out a drainage survey due to some crumbling mortar and standing ground water. This showed that quite a lot of repairs were required and Tim talked through all the points in detail while looking through the CCTV feed and explained the work required to sort each issue out.
