The company were very quick to respond very reasonably priced and could help us out the same day. They kept us informed of their expected time of arrival and arrived at the expected time.From beginning to end they were friendly and communicative. They carried out the work to a high standard and showed genuine concern fof our predicament.

Cleardrain (Northeast) Ltd. Peter called me straight away and we arranged a time for the next morning at 8:20. Peter and his son were brilliant, he checked the chamber with the reported problem. But this was not the main issue, he located the main inspection chamber hidden under weed block and gravel. This was backed up, he jet cleaned this and did a camera inspection . All clean. He even had a look at another blockage in a rain water drain, he cleared this at no extra charge. True gentleman 👍

Contacted Peter through Checkatrade and he provided a quote straight away. He contacted our estate agents the day after and arranged the drains survey. The report was emailed to me the day after the survey was done with an invoice. Fabulous service. The survey told us everything we needed to know in an easy to read format and now we can get the recommendations done. Thanks Peter
