From initial contact to completion of the job, Paul was excellent. Quick responses, confirmation in writing of prices, availability and booking. On the morning of the appointment, he reconfirmed his arrival time. The job was completed promptly and I was very pleased with the result. Responsive, courteous and professional - would 100% recommend, and would use again for future jobs.

I was very impressed with the professional service that I received from Clean Victoria. From the initial enquiry until the day the carpets were cleaned , Paul was good at keeping in contact at every stage from the queries around dates , drying times and prices until the confirmation of the work date.I was very pleased with the cleaning results of the carpet, sofa and two chairs.
