The response was very prompt and after a couple of WhatsApp messages exchanged asking for a few more details including model of oven etc a very reasonable quote was provided and work was carried out in less than 48 hrs after my initial reach out. Lovely lad Luis attended my property exactly when he said he would and kept me updated throughout and fantastic job completed with a fully working oven within 30 minutes.

Worker came out promptly. He thought the leak was caused by a blocked filter. He couldn’t find another source . £50 call out fee. The next day washing machine was still leaking. I texted Luis - he did not reply - even if only to say I probably needed a new washer. I bought a new washer anyway. Geoff Smith
