What a lovely guy Tim Dowler is. It's our second year in Arundel and we couldn't make schedules work last year as Tim was (understandably) very busy at the time - but was an absolute pleasure it was to have him in our home this time around. Efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable, we've already booked him in for next year's chimney sweeping. Thanks for being one of the good ones Tim - you're a gent!
