Rob came out as planned and did his diagnosis, he was exactly on time, explained very clearly what he was doing and fixed our problem. I highly recommend Rob, we are very grateful for his work and experience.

Rob was really patient and took his time to understand our set up- which is quite complicated and maybe not so common … but he explained it all to me rather well. Definitely would use Rob again- reasonable with rates too.
