The work carried out by Jana and her team was underwhelming at best. They were unprofessional and dishonest. Some of the girls kept asking me private questions like how much my house cost. I accidentally overpaid Jana and she promised to refund only to turn around (after I said I didn’t need her services in the future) to say she didn’t owe me anything. Dishonest and unprofessional are the only words to describe the service I got. I also had to get another cleaner to redo the job they did. Hire them only if you are desperate.

Able to provide cleaning service at short notice. Jana was very personable. Very good professional clean. Integrated washing machine missed but Jana came back immediately and cleaned. Recommended.

Jana did an excellent job of my end of tenancy clean. The house was spotless by the end of it and she worked late to fit me in on my moving day. Highly recommend.

We were moving house and needed an end of tenancy type clean.

Jana set up the business herself and is passionate about customer care and attention to detail. Our house was pretty bad after we moved out, with all the uncleaned areas suddenly revealed with no furniture. Jana and her team made it completely immaculate, I was so impressed and would highly recommend. We have used many cleaning services before but this is the best in terms of quality, detail and communication. I was also glad to learn Jana’s staff are paid properly with living wage, pension etc.
