paid a deposit up front. Seemed professional to speak to when job accepted. Appointment booked for the afternoon then night before they sent an email which I only saw in the morning. They rebooked it for first thing in the morning, phone’s messaged but couldn’t get hold of anyone. Was let down at the last minute. Had to get someone else in on short notice.

We didn’t end up using the service due to a misunderstanding with regards to the scope of the work we needed done. However, when this was raised with the team, they were quick to issue a refund and were very understanding and communicative. Great customer service.
