    Deep clean of home and grout repair and new sealant in bathrooms

    The clean team did not show up twice. Clean was completed on third attempt. The tradesman attended twice and was asked to discontinue the work because it was of very poor standard. Only paid for the clean. Company organisation regarding bookings is poor and communication was difficult.

    End of Tenancy Cleaning

    Used Clean Freaks for my end of tenancy clean and they honestly did such a good job. The place was a mess after moving out but they left it spotless, even the kitchen and bathroom looked brand new. The guys were really friendly and got everything done quickly. Would recommend to any students moving out of uni accommodation.

    Poor customer service and no refund

    Extremely poor customer service - a team of subcontracted cleaners from Clean Freaks damaged my countertop, I accept this was an accident. However Clean Freaks has not refunded me the portion they agreed they would despite chasing them for over 6 weeks.

    Cancelled on the day of my house move…

    Made a booking 10 days in advance of the my house move. Paid a 50% deposit to secure the booking. I messaged the day before to confirm and recieved a confirmation email (and whatsapp). The morning the work was supposed to take place i received a whatsapp to say they werent coming with an excuse about a technical issue with there IT system. Received a refund 6 days later after chasing.

    It didn;t work out for us.

    Started off well and appeared professional. We agreed to do two jobs, but I had to cancel the second one due to the poor quality of work and the unprofessional way the situation was handled. They broke open my utility garden door, forcing me to scramble for help from a friend who luckily had a spare and repaired it that night — otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to lock my doors. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of that repair. They might have good reviews from others, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for us.

    Easy to deal with, prompt and clear communication. Would recommend.

    The company was very easy to deal with and has a very useful what's app channel through which they communicate promptly. The clean has to be postponed as the original cleaning crew broke down on the way to the property, but the company stepped up and made arrangements for a replacement crew to attend. I will use them again.
