A very good, reliable plumber!

This is our second job with James. This time we had our toilet changed. James arrived promptly and got straight to work. The job was completed quickly and without any issues. James is an extremely lovely young man, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Problem fixed efficiently and honestly

James and Tak were amazing and honest about what could be done for my central heating. After they left and the radiators settled, they needed rebalancing again so James came back the next day to tweak them. I cannot recommend them enough!

Stop cock leak fixed with no fuss - thoroughly recommended

I cannot praise James enough. He came out on a Saturday after completing another job, and for starters did not charge for the call out. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything, including making some suggestions for the other parts of our water and heating systems. He could not complete the job because the mains water could not be turned off, so he left the new stop cock and instructions of what to do. It didn't quite work, so he returned the next day (Sunday), completed the job and fixed another quick issue too. At no extra charge. A great bloke offering great service!
