I’m extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service I received! The team was punctual, professional, and very thorough. They took the time to explain the process, treated tough stains with care, and left my carpets looking brand new. The whole house smells fresh and clean now. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning and excellent customer service.

Came late, left early. Was supposed to be booked for 2 hours instead they came at 10am and went at 11.15 saying they were running late for another job. Checked clean after and sent pics of the clean. Smears on taps, not cleaned properly. Water marks on splash back. Smeared radiators and left dust cloths on floor. Downstairs lounge and conservatory wasn't vacuumed. Also took my vacuum attachment and is now not answering my calls to return it back to me. Also left marks on my walls where the vacuum had scraped along.

Cleaneeze services has been providing me with cleaning services at my AirBnB property in Hertfordshire for the last few months.. I could have spent 4 weeks cleaning my kitchen and it would not have come close to the standard achieved by the Cleaneeze team. Excellent and professional service for my end-of-tenancy clean and my home looked cleaner than when we moved in!
