Contacted Chris a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for stairs and bedroom carpet cleaning. Quote came immediately and was extremely competitive so agreed a date and time. Found this company on here, spoke to Chris who was very polite, came out the following day and did an amazing job on a very dirty carpet. Called to say when he was on his way, explained exactly what he was doing, was happy for me to observe, and showed me the dirty water that was extracted from the carpet at the end.
