    Honestly, Usain Bolt would have been slower. They arrived right on time, figured out the issue within 5 minutes, had my outside drainage pipe cleaned out within 15 minutes and gave me advice on management in the future. Reliable, pleasant and really responsive when messaging about the job. Will absolutely use again.

    Paul got in touch quickly, asked for photos, came out the same afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem (which wasn’t what I had thought), and fixed it there and then: all done inside half an hour. And very friendly and businesslike with it.
