Had a washing machine issue thought it was door locking mechanism issue. Had a new replacement part I got from Amazon. Mark was at my place within 24 hours. Even though we found the door lock was not the issue. I appreciate trying this. I paid the call out fee which was reasonable. Getting a new machine .

This company and Claudia were highly recommended to me and it really turned out to be a pleasure working with them. There were some technical difficulties that I faced not related to this company at all, however they were so patient and accommodating and I can only thank them for that, and for their service and customer care. I will use them again and I highly recommend them to others.

This guys are so amazing, they arranged fitting new cooker hood in our kitchen next day we received the delivery, Roy (the engineer) agreed to do the work outside the working hrs at no extra cost ! Claudia the organiser so helpful! Thank you guys
