  A very satisfied customer

  This is the second time I have used Clavis Locksmiths within a couple of months. They were excellent before and have been again. Clavis was quick to respond to my query, my fitter was prompt, clear explaining the job and carried out the work to a high standard. Also the price was very good value. I would definitely recommend Clavis.

  Quality locksmith at a reasonable price

  Karl helped fix our front door so that we could double lock it and also use the latch again (both of which had been broken for ages!). He was very professional and friendly, and didn’t leave any mess! We are really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend him to others (and use his services again ourselves).

  Reliable, Reasonable and Respectful. Would book again!

  Hired Karl from Clavis Locksmiths to convert a regular in-house door handle into a round cylinder door lock&key handle. Within 1-2 hours of sending a photo of the door/handle, i received a qoute covering materials&labour, fastest reply/cheapest on the app for Harlow area! And was able to book at short notice for the next day. Whole time was respectful of the property, honoured the qoute (i've had bad experience with other locksmiths around this!)...First trader i've met who cleans up afterwards as well. Professional and takes initiative, would 100% recommend and book again for locksmith jobs!

  A window lock that wouldn't open.

  I'm very pleased with the work done today. Karl arrived on time, fixed the problem very quickly, explained the problem and any possible future issues and charged me as quoted - was also the lowest quote I received. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use Klavis again.
