Was recommended Claudiu through a work colleague for tiling up and as we had to have a strip of tiles put back up we gave him a go! His communication was superb and was very helpful in telling us what was needed and up front about the prices, which were super affordable. Despite my mistake in getting the wrong sized drill bit he adapted and created the correct sized hole still. The work itself was splendidly done, despite our wall not being perfectly flat he essentially put the tiles back in place and cleanly grouted perfectly and swiftly! Truly recommended! Definitely a top tiler!

Claudiu communicated very well at all points during the job. It was easy to express what I wanted, and Claudiu returned a variety of quotes to choose from. On the day, Claudiu gave me good notice when he'd arrive. He then worked quickly and efficiently, and was done in about an hour. He showed me the work and checked I was happy. I was impressed by the work, it was so much better than I had expected.

Tiling was completed quickly but probably at the expense of quality (eg uniformity of joint widths and flatness of tiles relative to each other could be improved). It seemed that little to no time was spent planning the layout of the tiles before starting which lead to some less than optimal cuts / joint locations. I would expect a good tiler to think about this before starting and to know the best way of setting out the tiles. Having just recently used a different tiler for another tiling job I can tell the difference in the approach and quality of finish.

Extremely efficient. Good communication overall. Transparent quotation. The work seems to be carried out to a decent standard and the edges are cut very accurately. He was respectful of my property, dust sheets and so on to protect the stairs. However I did notice the tiles are in some places not as level as I would have hoped. It's not bad, but it's not perfect either. My other point of feedback it would have been better if he had clarified whether or not waste disposal was included in the quote. I had wrongly assumed this would be taken care of.
