had a great experience with TS Glass company from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, they arrived on time, and the work was completed to a very high standard. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain the options so I felt confident in the final result. My windows installation looks fantastic and was done neatly with no mess left behind. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality windows.

This company quoted for windows/door. Deposit paid. Took over 2 months for surveyor to attend. Promised work was in the pipeline. Company failed to carry out the work as promised. Company has promised to return deposit - but all there has been so far are excuses/broken promises.

Turned up 24/08/2015 gave estimate never heard from him so phoned two weeks later and he said he lost my details asked me to phone next day and when I did he denied losing my details but still had to come and re measure front windows. Set a date to fit and failed to turn up. Contacted again and said he forgot!, finally sent sub contractors round November but only did door. Did not fit front windows but he came in person to collect cash, which he asked for and didn't give a receipt. Text and phoned numerous times and still failed to fit front window.

Fitted two bi-fold smart systems bi-doors with lots of Issues, both doors are 18 to 20mm short. Door fitted very badly hence very difficult to operate, they request money in front hence very difficult to deal with them. . Made Small bi-fold doors and fitted very badly, difficult to operate need two strong people to open and close the doors
