The finished result is good. But the lack of customer care made the experience upsetting.
By turning up very early on the day, the fitters cost me 300 pounds worth of income (I work online as freelancer in exam conditions, and they totally ignored the situation, creating unbearable noise and spoiling my session).
Despite admitting doing wrong, Clarkes would not take responsibility or show any sign of care.
I thought about taking them to the small claims court, but decided against it, best leave it behind and take my custom elsewhere.

We're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. The fitter did check with your wife before starting and would've happily returned later if asked. We apologised and offered goodwill gestures, but regret you're still disappointed.
