Contacted via the app, and the guy come over to quote on the Wednesday and they were able to identify the problem and come back on the Friday to fix. Showed pictures of the issues before and after the problems had been solved. They inspected the roof and very quickly fixing it on the spot. Explained the work well and I am happy with the service. They were bubbly, polite and very tidy.
