  Loft conversion and ensuite

  Joe and his team have recently completed my loft conversion at the beginning of April and they have done such an amazing job. The detail they put into it was impressive. Joe always kept me in the loop with the works and payments etc. The boys were always polite and hard working. I'm very happy with my new loft and ensuite. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who would like a loft done. Fantastic job. Thank you.

  Garage conversion & extension

  We took on Clarence having had a few different quotes. They came across as knowledgeable and trustworthy. They advised during the building control process and kept me aware throughout the process. They were tidy, respectful of my mum (it was her house) and the quality of their word was top notch (we had other trades people that commented when they saw the work). They will be my builder of choice should I need anything else.

  Joe and his team were brilliant from start to finish. We are so very pleased with the works completed and Joe made it so stress free from the off. Joe's knowledge and expertise shines through and filled us with confidence throughout the process. He and his team were tidy, polite and always had a smile.   Loft Conversion

  Joe and his team has just completed our loft conversion and we are over the moon on the workmanship and space created. Joe has transformed our loft space which was a dumping ground full of dust into a luxury master bedroom with en-suite. This has made our house and we love the space. The whole experience was easy and Joe was always there to answer questions and offer advice on how to make the space work better for us. It’s the little things which people don’t think about when doing this, however is very important when making a liveable space which Joe made sure we thought about.

  Joe and his team were brilliant, are professional, polite, trustful and always on time, the loft was done in 2 month , with stress free and in a high standard. Joe is very experienced and knowledgeable, we are very pleased with the job. I would definitely use Clarence Loft & Extensions if needed in the future and highly recommend them.
