The service and customer service was very efficient. They were reliable, arrived on time and very helpful.

Spoke to Adam to begin and his approach and price were the best of all I spoke to. I wanted heavy pieces to be lifted 5 floors down to a collection point. Jason and Perry were extremely courteous and helpful and took the stress out of my move . I have several others pieces to be moved and a larger move in due course and I will not hesitate to employ Clapham Removals Ltd…I highly recommend!

Really pleased with the service from Adam and his team. Remained flexible and kept in touch as our removal date was delayed with legal process issues. On the day, team were on time, nothing broken, didn’t damage any walls even on a tight turning stair well. Definitely recommended.

Ali and Zack arrived on time. They treated my furniture and items with respect and care. They were very professional and involved me when necessary in the job. They knew what they were doing and demonstrated a high-level of experience. This was in contrast to the experience of taking stuff to storage by another company which was rushed and little care shown. I would recommend the company which is local to me. This is a local business which provides a good service.

I was really impressed with the service from Clapham Removals. They packed and delivered to the new address. UNTIL we found the following day one of our tv with a smashed screen! 2 tvs had been packed - one with more protection than the other which thankfully arrived safely. I paid the bill the next day in good faith to be assured a claim form would be sent. This took over 2 weeks following many frustrating phone calls. The form was returned to Clapham Removals completed and absolutely now no contact can be made with the company!!!! So very disappointing and unacceptable!!
