  Architectural plans for floor plan change ground floor with supporting beams

  Claire kindly squeezed our project in at quite short notice as we have a baby coming and the whole experience was so easy and stress free. She provided multiple options and really listened to what we wanted, and each stage of the design process was very efficient and professionally done.

  Loft conversion and ground floor extension

  We engaged Claire Haigh Ass. To draw up plans for a hip to gable loft conversion and ground floor extension. We requested they submit and oversee the application through to approval of the plans. During our meetings Claire was friendly and approachable while maintaining her professionalism. Claire offered sensible advice but ensured she had a good understanding of our requirements. Claire was recommended to us and we found the process so trouble free have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone requiring her services.

  Architectural drawings for a kitchen extension

  Working with Claire was a pleasure from start to finish. She took time to find out about why and how we wanted to use the space and came up some great suggestions as to how that could best be achieved. She was happy to talk through lots of different options with us, and took us through the planning and building regs applications. She has also been able to share recommendations for structural drawings, builders and designers that she's worked with before - she's very well connected. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claire.

  Single storey kitchen extension project

  We were very grateful to have Claire working on the plans for our kitchen extension. As well as coming up with a design that fitted our brief, she helped to guide us through all the steps involved in getting structural plans and building regs approval. This is the first building project we've been involved in, so her expertise was invaluable. Claire was also very easy to communicate with and was friendly and approachable throughout the project.
