    Single Story extension

    We’re absolutely delighted with the single-storey extension completed by CLA Developments Ltd. From the initial consultation through to completion, the whole process was professional, well-organised, and stress-free. The team communicated clearly at every stage, stuck to agreed timelines, and showed great attention to detail throughout the build. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and the finished space has completely transformed our home — bright, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. Any questions or minor adjustments along the way were handled promptly and professionally.

    Excellent joinery, plumbing and tiling service.

    Alistair and Chris got me out of a horrible situation. A previous plumber and kitchen fitter left my kitchen unuseable and Alistair and Chris came and put it right. They were cheerful, professional and reassuring in the lead up to Christmas and worked right up to the last minute to ensure we had our kitchen working for Christmas Day. The work included plumbing, joinery, tiling and being nice to my pets, all of which they did with care. Thank you both. I highly recommend their service.

    2-Storey House Extension & Renovation

    I recently had a 2-storey extension completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ali and Chris were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were knowledgeable,. worked incredibly hard, kept everything running smoothly, and turned what I thought would be a stressful renovation into an easy, well-managed process. They kept me updated throughout and were always helpful and professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

    Did a good job on our kitchen renovation in our new home. Knocked through our dining room into the kitchen, removed old kitchen, plastered etc also laid our lovely new wood floor throughout. Very helpful guys. Very happy with our new kitchen diner.

    I got in contact with Chris and the next day he was out to give his opinions and quotation. He was very knowledgeable and really put my mind at rest. He turned up on time and the plastering work he did was some of the best iv ever seen. A very talented tradesman who is fairly priced. Cannot recommend any higher.
