  Efficient , hard working , helpful and tidy builder .

  Contacted Colin after seeing his sign written van in our road working on a neighbours property . Contacted Colin and asked for a quote to install a Aco drain for our patio and also to lay a new concrete drive . Received a prompt quote. Colin and his team carried out the install of the drainage and the new driveway . Colin and his team were friendly and worked hard and kept a clean working area . Would highly recommend Colin to anyone who requires a quality builder .

  Replacement flat roof

  We called CLA when we noticed a problem with our existing flat roof. CLA came and had a look and provided a quotation within a few hours. We confirmed we would like the work completed. Great communication throughout. CLA completed the work timely and professionally. They replaced the felt with a rubberbond roof system and also replaced the flashing. All work was completed to a high standard. CLA left the site clean and today.

  Media Wall

  Colin and his team built a media wall in our lounge. The work was completed in good time and any mess was cleared up as tho the guys had never been there. very tidy team. Colin was extremely informative explaining exactly what was going to happen and when.Brilliant work guys, so happy with the finish.

  Ripped out old bathroom and complete refurbishment

  Colin and his team did a fantastic job of our new bathroom. Very pleased with the end result. They were always professional, punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. Colin was very easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Part garage conversion to utility room

  We moved into a bungalow last year , and looked to find a local builder to covert part of our garage to a utility room. Colin support us to purchase Wrens cabinets , work tops, sink and tap . He coordinated the whole transformation which included plumbers and electricians. We had Colin back to change a toilet to an ensuite , and fitted wardrobes in our master bedroom.We am so happy with the service, very polite and tidy. We are booking Colin in to fit our Wrens kitchen in June.

  Extension to create master bedroom and en-suite
