Kenny was prompt in replying on first contact, requesting photos of the required work in order to provide a quote. He arrived promptly on the day agreed. He was very thorough with his work. He discussed requirements throughout the task ensuring that I was happy with his plans. Work has been completed to a very satisfactory finish.

I am very happy with the work carried out. The water damage was covered carefully in stages and the overall finish is great. I would highly recommend CKS to anyone who is looking for friendly and polite service, reasonable prices, and excellent results.

Very friendly and courteous from the off. We had a few small things around the house that needed fixing - some turned out to be more complex than expected but Kenny perservered until they were sorted. Will very likely be using him again.

CKS buildings services did some work in my toilets. 3 weeks ago They fitted a new toilet and sink unit Plus block up a hole in the wall that had been there since I moved in Their rates were reasonable and the work was of very high quality. They were always on time and very professional. I would definitely use them again for future projects.
