  Ray came promptly and was excellent in letting us know what he was doing as the job progressed. He we very thorough with his work and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. an absolute professional.   Fixed everything that was broken!

  Ray has been amazing!!!! He’s prompt, thorough and great at what he does. We had a water softener installed by builders that never worked, Ray came and tidied up all the pipework and fixed everything so it finally works! He also realised the pressure wasn’t accurate so sorted that out, as well as fixing things like a broken shower head, toilet roll holder and more! It’s not easy to find someone as good as Ray, will def use again and highly recommend!

  HMO conversion.

  I had Ray from to help me to refurbished my 6 bed HMO property project in Bristol. Not ONLY he specialise in Plumbing and bathroom/tiling fitting, he is also skilled in other aspects of work, relating to the building trade. He is also skilled to take on basic carpentry, flooring, painting, plastering and also fitted kitchens. All the work he's carried out are to a very high standards and he is very fussy with what he does, when it comes to finishing touches.

  Fantastic experience with Ray of CKM

  We had an issue with 1. Our wet room shower leaking into the neighbour's flat and 2. Another shower which would only dispense luke-warm (and not hot) water. Unfortunately, Ray was not able to accept the work due to existing scheduling commitments and being booked up until 2023 - however, he nevertheless visited to help diagnose the problem and spent a significant amount of time talking through the issues and potential solutions in real detail; and put us in touch with people to help with the works this year. I would strongly recommend Ray's services and plan to use him for all future works
