Kyle arrived on time and introduced himself. An extremely affable and polite young man. He explained how and what he would be doing. He has invested in state of the art equipment, which made for a wonderful job. We are so pleased with the results. The carpets are like new and the pile is so lush and soft again. No hesitation in recommending Kyle to anyone who wants a professional job doing. He is welcome back, anytime. Must point out that the work was carried out over all 3 floors of the house, including the stairs.

Excellent! Didn’t think my kitchen and carpets were all that bad, but once Kyle worked his magic, soon came to realise that they needed to be done! Excellent customer service & Great Job. Took his time to to have a conversation which added a nice personal touch. Would highly recommend and will 100% be using again in the future.

Organised for carpet cleaning. Arrived on time. Very professional. Discussed different stains and what they were, the chances of lifting the stain 100% due to what it was/how long it had been there etc. did a great job, carpets so much better. Very tidy and put things back. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Kyle provided a fair priced, efficient and customer friendly cleaning service. He arrived promptly, was willing to move the heavier items I could not manage and even refitted the bit of annoying carpet on the bottom step of the staircase before he left. All the carpets are looking good. I would recommend CKC cleaning.
