We posted a job on Checkatrade for rug cleaning. Kyle got in touch with lightning speed! He was polite and helpful, giving a clear quote, with an explanation of the cleaning process and answering all my questions. His communication was excellent throughout. He showed up when he said he would, was kind and professional to me and my family, and most importantly, he did a terrific job of cleaning our very large (bought secondhand) wool rugs. The colours are glowing and the stale cigarette smell has gone. We’re really pleased and would unhesitatingly recommend CKC to anyone. 5 stars.

They were very prompt with their quotation which seemed reasonable They turned up on time and were careful and undertook the work diligently. They were very polite and pleasant. They completed in about an hour and cleared up on completion. I have no hesitation in recommending CKC Cleaning

Kyle arrived on time and introduced himself. An extremely affable and polite young man. He explained how and what he would be doing. He has invested in state of the art equipment, which made for a wonderful job. We are so pleased with the results. The carpets are like new and the pile is so lush and soft again. No hesitation in recommending Kyle to anyone who wants a professional job doing. He is welcome back, anytime. Must point out that the work was carried out over all 3 floors of the house, including the stairs.

Excellent! Didn’t think my kitchen and carpets were all that bad, but once Kyle worked his magic, soon came to realise that they needed to be done! Excellent customer service & Great Job. Took his time to to have a conversation which added a nice personal touch. Would highly recommend and will 100% be using again in the future.
