9.33 Clear communication, attended when he said he would and all jobs done

I found Craig on check a trade after moving house, he did 4 jobs for me soon after I put the advert on. Communication over text was all clear and straight forward. Craig fixed an en-suite toilet that wasn’t flushing properly, fitted a hot outside tap, fixed a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink and installed my washing machine. He also spotted the electrical socket for the washing machine wasn’t working and helped me move it to another socket so I could use my washer. We badly needed the water pressure increased for our shower and Craig and Callum came up with a cost effective, customised, and well fitted system. Great communication between us and the guys. Craig came to my home to complete a number of plumbing issues: Replace kitchen tap, seal kitchen sink. Replace plunger style plugs in the bath and bathroom sink and unblock the bath. Craig was polite, pleasant and completely professional. Craig went over and above the requirements and completed some additional works for me. I would highly recommend him, and have already recommended him to my neighbour, to complete some work at the local church. Thank you Craig for a brilliant job, I am so pleased.
