Absolutely shocking service from CKA. Craig told me he would attend our property on a set day in "the afternoon". Waited in all day and hadn't heard a peep. Got to dinner time - we had dinner reservations which we cancelled as he hadn't shown up yet - and had to message for an update. Was told they were finishing a job and would be with us right after. Said this would be 20 mins. 2 hours later and still no sign. I got a request for £60 payment though... Talk about incompetent. Absolutely no apology and no explanation given.
