  Contacted quickly. Quoted before arrival. Offered options when it came to replacement. Work done quickly and satisfactory. Quoted price matched the final amount. Very happy.

  New bathroom taps - fitted same day

  Great service. Needed new bathroom tap and was able to have it looked at, picked up and fitted all in the space of a couple of hours. Couldn't fault it - thanks a million!

  Fixed leak and new taps

  I had two jobs done by Craig - fix a leak under my bath and fit new bath taps. Craig had great communication and attended the job in a timely manner. The leak was fixed within hours of me requesting the job and the taps were fitted a few days later - although this was entirely my choice to have the leak fixed first and the taps later on. Both jobs were completed to a high standard, I’ve had no issues since and no mess was left behind either. As a bonus, Craig was very patient and polite with my 2 nosey sons and they felt very much at ease with him. Proud to say Craig is now “my plumber”.

  to remove old bath and disposal. fit new spa bath and fit electrical box.

  we arranged a date then he cancelled, we set a new date and he carried out work. the sealant around bath panel fell off and I had to redo it. he left my old bath in my garden and said he would pick it up on 02 March - I'm still waiting on CKA and I have left a message and he has not replied

  Original date was changed as a family matter came up,the customer still wanted the bath fitted though on this date!? And the bath removal was delayed as o could t get van booked into dump,again this was explained to

  Installing a new kitchen tap

  Craig was very swift at replying to my initial request and was great at communicating throughout the day. When he got here, he completed the job very quickly and everything was professionally done. I would highly recommend this company!
