  Got craig and calum in to do some work and totally mucked it up from the start. They tried to fix it. But made it worse . Now its leaking

  Leak behind bathroom wall

  Highly recommend Craig! Craig did an outstanding job finding and fixing a leak hidden behind the bathroom wall that could have turned into a major problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue. Craig explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy once the job was done. It’s such a relief to have the problem fixed properly by someone you can trust. Excellent service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to call Craig again or recommend him to anyone needing a great plumber.

  Leak under the sink

  Craig came out to fix what we thought was a leak under the sink. As it turned out the job was bigger than expected. He did the best he could on the day and had to come back and lift the manhole outside to further investigate the problem. This however would not be the kind of job he would normally do or have equipment to deal with but he gave it a go (which he absolutely did not have to do). He was so helpful and definitely went above and beyond to fix it. I would absolutely recommend him.

  Arrived exactly when he said, had to take a couple trips to get parts and stayed late to ensure job was done. reasonable price and friendly.

  Had Craig out to investigate a leaking toilet who managed to come out the same morning as the enquiry was made. Great communications and punctual. Work was completed and repair done. Clean and tidy worker too. Will use again.
