We had a leak in our roof - it wasn’t certain where the leak was. Jamie did a survey using his drone - he suggested where the leak might be and I engaged his services on that basis. He came over 4 times in total to repair some tiles, identify the true cause of a leak (a very small split in a previous lead repair), and then to hydro seal all of the lead gully. Fingers crossed it does the job but so far so good! Loved the videos and commentary Jamie did whilst on the roof to explain properly what the final problem was and how he was fixing it.

I had a leak coming into an upstairs bedroom causing damp on the wall. I phoned Jamie and he came around and used a drone to take a look at the roof. He identified a possible cause being the flashing around the chimney stack to main roof. He showed me the video from the drone of where the lead flashing was coming away. I agreed for him to cover coping stone in a self stick simulated lead flashing, from chimney to main roof. Afterwards he showed me a video of the work he did and I was really pleased with the finish. Very neat. Thank you Jamie.

We had a leaking flat roof on a 3rd floor attic extension upon a terraced house which was particularly difficult to access. As such, the use of a drone to identify the problems meant as a customer I could see directly the issues that were causing the leaks. The roof needed replacing in full and Jamie and his colleagues did a wonderful job and greatly improved what was there before in terms of finish and correct construction methods as the flat roof integrated with a party wall and chimney stack etc. A very tidy job given the challenges and they certainly come highly recommended.

I highly recommend Jamie from CJ Roofing & Property Maintenance. He responded quickly with a quote for a minor repair to my gutter. His price was significantly more reasonable than the outrageous quotes I received from other companies. I accepted his quote, and he promptly came by to carry out the repair efficiently and professionally.

This was the second time I have used Jaimie to fix a different section of the roof on the flats and he has done anothet superb job. He really does know his onions. So I cannot recommend him highly enough

Jamie and his colleague were very pleasant to deal with. The slight delay to the work starting were in the main down to the supplier rather than CJ. We won’t know if the damp problem has been sorted until the next significant rain, but I’m very hopeful
