Neos did a very good job installing a new water filter at my apartment. Brooke booked the job and arranged the engineer - it was not easy since arrangements had to be made to suit tenants. Engineer Oliver attended and did the job liaising with me by phone as to access to the apartment. As is usual with Neos, I received a full job report setting out the work done.

Neos carried out my annual boiler service recently and, as in previous years, I found the service professional and reassuring. Making the appointment was easy with friendly and prompt communication with the office and the follow up documentation was sent promptly. I have also had cause to call Neos out for emergency work in relation to leaks and again have found the service to be prompt, reliable and thorough.

Great experience - Brooke was super helpful in arranging someone to come round for an urgent bathroom issue asap, and then Alex managed to fix the issue then and there. Would definitely use again.
