Sadly, not a great experience. I booked work to replace individual double-glazed panes and woodwork on a former shopfront. Glazing replacement was carried out, but due to a delayed start exterior work could not be completed prior to winter (job booked in June). Contractor asked for payment for elements completed, which I paid, and scheduled a date for exterior work in the new year. Completed work was of limited standard, with scratched panes and excessive sealant remaining. Contractor deferred start in new year then failed to arrive for rescheduled date (twice) before stopping responding.

Very helpful and informative quote. Absolutely no pressure to go with him and certainly no pressure to go for more that what I asked for. He even gave me some useful advice on other aspects of my house. On the day of install they got here on time and began promptly, finishing swiftly. They were tidy and polite. My door looks great, stands firmly and I’m sure will last me a long time. The price was great too. Cheers Colin

Excellent and efficient building services, from the initial meeting, where Colin suggested practical options, through quote to completion. All works were completed on time and to the agreed specification. Colin is polite, engaged and very willing to help with any problems that arose. We had an unrelated building issue that impacted the work and Colin was able to advise and source resources to assist. Tidy, friendly and competent workers, who kept us up to date throughout and worked to timelines. We are so pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the work completed by Mr Jones. He was recommended to us by a friend, and from start to finish the service was prompt, clear and professional. Mr Jones replaced two large doubled glazed windows, fascia and guttering. All work has been completed to a high standard. Communication was excellent and we would definitely use Mr Jones again.
