My heating and hot water broke suddenly fusing electrics but (being on a circuit with downstairs sockets and all sorts) it wasn’t clear to me at all what the problem was! Chris responded at very short notice - I was lucky he was on a job in the area. He arrived with everything he needed (on public transport - enviro friendly :) - got to work finding the fault (underfloor heating pump) then got on lime bike to buy a part - came back and fixed it! All throughout Chris explained what he was doing; he was efficient, proficient and friendly. Would highly recommend and will use his company again.

Chris was extremely easy and a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in visiting the property to assess the work required, extremely communicative and transparent throughout the process and quick to complete the work to a high standard. I will happily use Chris’ services again and would happily recommend.

I had an issue with my CO alarm going off over the weekend so after the emergency gas engineer came over to cap the meter, I called Christopher, who was incredibly responsive and quickly arranged an appointment first thing Monday morning. He was professional throughout and took the time to explain everything he was doing/would do, which I found really helpful. His thorough assessment of the boiler put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service and even lovelier person - I highly recommend!

Before the work was carried out, they telephoned me to ask when they were going to arrive. They had to change the original time because of other jobs they need to do. Anyway, they came and took great care of my property and explained every step of the way what they were doing. After they had finished the job, they cleaned the area well and took away the old Hob. Very friendly person. Comes highly recommended.

Christopher was prompt, with great knowledge and communication. We'll be recommending his services to anyone who needs boiler assistance.
