I have a small pitched roof over the front door and downstairs loo of my where some of the verge mortar had come away which had also caused some of the wooden facia boards to rot. Charlie was able to upgrade the facia to new plastic boards and repair the mortar, he was easy and pleasant to deal with, good value for money and did a great job. There was a small issue with the mortar due to the wet weather, but Charlie came a fixed this as soon as made him aware of the problem. I would happily use his services again.

Some of the mortar which sits between the roof and the wall had come away and needed repairing, Charlie came over to take a look, we discussed options for the repair including replacing the rotten wood and cladding. The work was carried out a few weeks later and was complete within a day, I'm pleased with finished result. Charlie was polite and professional at all times and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Turned up promptly to quote . Very personable , gave prompt and fair quote . Explained well and easily saw what needed doing . Did an excellent job , courteous , friendly . Would definitely have again and have recommended to neighbour .

Not by any stretch the biggest job to do being a single tile replacement but the guys from CJL Roofing Maintenance came along when they said they would and did the job quickly, efficiently and politely…definitely recommended by us 100% which is a lot more than can be said for others who say they will turn up but don’t and then ghost you on the phone or email…top job Charlie 👍

Very pleased with the work carried out by charlie and the team from cjl, professional thorough and competitively priced. If you have a roof problem these are the boys to call, highly recommended.

Charlie is very easy to deal with and did all he could to get the job done in good time. Scaffolders caused delay but otherwise we are well satisfied.
