  Advice and repairs to electric heaters

  Excellent Service from friendly and efficient electricians

  We had various electrical issues in the house & particularly the kitchen lights. Chris and Tom came along and sorted all our issue in 1 day, other than the light fixture in the study as I had bought the wrong one and we were waiting for a switch for the light in the conservatory. However once received Chris came along and sorted these. Great job at a very reasonable price. We have called upon Chris in the past so we know how good he is and is our go to electrician. Our first time to meet Tom and a very nice and knowledgeable lad.....

  Replacing two hard wired smoke alarms

  Big Tom arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very approachable and pleasant young man and a credit to the company. He also carried a quick appraisal of a flickering security light and we plan on using the same company to replace it in the near future

  Reliable, knowledgeable electrician

  I recently had a smart meter install which was unsuccessful and needed to hire an electrician to help get it right. Chris came to the rescue, was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He worked with the smart meter installers to ensure that everything was connected correctly and that my economy 7 was working again. He wrote a good report on what had happened which I submitted to Octopus along with a copy of his bill and my complaint about the disastrous smart meter install. Octopus refunded me in full for his invoice. I wont hesitate to use Chris in the future for any electrical jobs.

  Thank you Joanna, it was quite interesting to sort it out, the meter guys were good at fitting meters but when faced with something a little out of the ordinary they did not have the technical knowledge. Octopus performed well, they had 3 guys on site on the final visit ! It was a pleasure to sort it out for you.

  Diagnosis of fault on upstairs lighting tripping circuit breaker

  Excellent service! After an ongoing issue with my upstairs lighting circuit tripping, Tom attended and carried out proper fault-finding from the start, testing at the consumer unit, then the upstairs switch panel, and finally working through the wiring in the loft to isolate the faulty section. He explained what he was doing clearly, worked methodically, and didn’t jump to expensive conclusions like “needs a full rewire”. He also replaced old junction/connector blocks in the loft to bring things up to spec and improve reliability. Really impressed will use going forward

  Test and inspect pre-existing EV charger. Fit 2 replacement external lights.

  Good communication, turned up as arranged and on time. Work completed quickly and to high standard. Went the extra mile to ensure the EV charger was correctly re-commissioned in the Tesla app.
