    The Company has been going for many years and is well known in our area of Kent

    I have just had my garage roof replaced which is not attached to the house, but in a block of garages nearby. Part of the roof had collapsed and what was left was leaking. CJD had to replace the complete roof which was done in a day.

    Would thoroughly recommend CHD. I’ve used them twice now only for small jobs but both were done quickly and efficiently and at a good price. It’s also good to use local trades

    Could not have wished for more

    I engaged the services of CJD Installations to replace existing cast iron guttering and drain pipe with UPVC equivalent. It proved to be an excellent decision. I am delighted with the finished job and their performance throughout. From the very start, their approach was friendly, informative and highly professional, with work carried out in a most efficient manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    CJD offer an excellent service and quality workmanship

    Needed new soffits and gutters and CJD was highly recommended by several people. As Chris has done other houses in the area, I contacted him. Although he was booked up for a few weeks, which is always a good sign, he kept to the agreed date. Work was carried out quickly, neatly and efficiently and waste collected promptly. Couple of issues found after he left, but he quickly returned and sorted out. Highly recommended

    We had the front of the house cladding, the soffits and guttering around the whole house.

    Cjd installations worked well through the house, working well with other building contractors, ensuring great communications and a top job. One of the contractors caused extra work for them, but they pointed it out and worked through it with me. We are so happy with the final result and have had numerous people say how great it looks.

Hi, I'm Chris, thanks for taking a moment to view my company profile.

CJD Installations was established only in May 2020, however I have been in the industry for 15 years either by straight employment or sub-contracting for a few different well established companies on both Domestic installations and large commercial, privately & Publicly funded projects.

I have already undertaken a large number of installations in the Kent area and am fully equipped with all the necessary access equipment to suit most situations. I have various equipment which have been accrued through my years of experience.

I specialise in; UPVC Fascia's, Soffit & Guttering, Aluminum Roofline, Rainwater & Coping Systems and finally all types of Cladding systems.

I use only the 'Market Leading' products from the most reliable 'Market Leading' suppliers.

CJD Installations, is company based in Maidstone, Kent. We cover a large area and pride ourselves on carrying out 1st class installations and with the help of my supplying distributor and manufacturer I can offer a 1st class service.

All installations are accompanied with various guarantees (depending on the works carried out and materials used) which be tailored to the job undertaken.
