I was very nervous with this project being on my own, but from the start Richard was supportive, communicating promptly & clearly an expert with the related work. I felt comfortable & this continued throughout the whole process. His team were excellent, turned up when they said & as planned, completing to a high standard. They dealt with any obstacle with professionalism & solving manner.
