Chris emptied two septic tanks for us quickly and cleanly, plus provided plenty of advice on tanks and systems. Thoroughly recommended; will definitely use again.

Not only was the work carried out to a high professional efficient standard but Chris also kept me informed at every stage as the work progressed to ensure that I was satisfied and could see exactly how the standard of work was being carried out. Chris was very polite, professional and approachable. He carried out a drain inspection using a camera and showed me the screen so that I could see what he was seeing. He offered advice and went above and beyond what a drainage specialist would normally do regarding other parts of my property.

Great service from a very personable guy. Needed some work done to get our treatment plant working properly, and advice on how best to keep it working efficiently moving forward. Chris was knowledgeable, identifying and sorting the problems quickly and leaving the plant in good working order. His rates were reasonable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Can't rate this guy highly enough. Came out at short notice to inspect an old septic tank in the garden. No work required as we can infill ourselves, but explained everything and told us what we needed to do. Here for 20 mins but didn't even charge us call out. Great gesture. Would highly recommend and will certainly use in future for any drainage needs.

Chris came out to look at the job on time and never gave us any inaccurate information about what was entailed to sort the problem out left by the previous builder. He liaised with the water authority for the licence and managed to save us some money on getting a refund for commissioning the plant which he was able to do for us. Without wishing to pun, the job’s a good ‘un! First rate.
