Great guy!!! Managed to juggle to fit me in. On arrival he discovered the reason why the rubber door seal had failed on my washing machine. Washing machine unserviceable. I had a problem with my oven door not shutting. I text CJ appliances, who came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. A new part was ordered and subsequently fitted. Craig has just fixed my washing machine. He was able to diagnose the issue straight away and then ordered the part. He then returned a few days later to fit it and he explained why the part had failed. Very reliable, polite and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this company.
