  Heating element change

  Great service from my first long of contact to getting the job done . He responded to my enquiry within the hour on a Sunday and replaced the element Tuesday PM. He arrived within the advised time slot and was polite, professional, proactive and extremely neat and tidy with his work . I gave him my oven model, serial number and MF number and had done certain checks so was pretty sure it was the heating element but none the less , he knew his stuff and is my go to person for future appliance failures .

  Broken washing machine

  My washing machine wasn't working so I reached out via check a trade. C J Appliciances got in touch quickly and a date was booked in. Unfortunately my washing machine couldn't be fixed but Craig who visited, was very kind and friendly and to the point. He explained what had happened and made several recommendations on a new washing machine. Very helpful.

  Had a Washing machine repair, found the gentlemen reliable, gave an explanation to the point, very reasonable costs, gave a 2 hour window to suit me. All in all would recommend this gentlemen no job to big or small A1

  On time, professional and honest assessment of my delinquent washing machine

  Although Craig couldn’t work a miracle and resurrect my dead washing machine (needs a new control board, so uneconomical), he was friendly, courteous and professional. If any white goods play up, I will call Craig. Impressed.

  Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Explained exactly what was needed. Kept me fully updated on progress of the part being ordered. Excellent service, explained possible price. Price was really reasonable. Would highly recommend.
