  Helped us so much – We owe him a Christmas present!

  We used Stacy for converting our conservatory into a single-storey extension and he’s honestly been incredible from start to finish. From the first point of contact he’s been quick to reply, friendly and helpful, and always takes the time to explain things properly. His report was clear, detailed and easy to understand, even for someone with no structural knowledge. Months later, he still replies to our questions and offers advice without hesitation. If you want someone reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive, I couldn’t recommend him more!

  The consultant who visited was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the report produced was informative and of high quality. We relied on his report for further structural work, which was carried out successfully, in part thanks to Stacy's work and attention to detail.

  Friendly, helpful, and transparent service

  We sought quotes from 4 structural engineers. All replied. But some had additional charges and had to be prompted to include the actual work we wanted doing. CSDS were clear with their quote for price and works from the start, easy to communicate with to arrange a site visit. The engineer produced the plans and calculations the same day as the site visit which was great. Our engineer was patient with us (as first time home owners and being utter novices) which was really comforting and gave us confidence. Thank you very much to CSDS.

  Scaled drawings and support for the removal of chimney stacks.

  Stacy was quick to respond and also scheduled the appointment in very good time. He was professional and friendly, very reasonably priced, and went above and beyond what we had asked for. He then had the report back to us that same day within a few hours. Outstanding service and we would definitely recommend him.

  Structural drawings for loft and ground floor extension

  Stacy was brilliant from start to finish. He was very fast to respond and got the drawings done within a day. Building control had only one query and Stacy dealt with this quickly to provide us the info that was required, and the drawings have now been approved. Thank you for being so efficient.

  Great Structural Engineer, whose accurate and prompt work allowed my house sale to go through

  I owe the fact that I was able to move to my current house to Stacy, who was, at short notice, able to step in and produce accurate retrospective calculations and answers to questions that had been raised on an old Building Control application for Bexley Council that I was unaware of. Stacy was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and was able to produce a report that Bexley council were able to sign off and allow the sale of my old house to go through. The timing was so key, that had it not been for Stacy the housing sale chain would have definitely collapsed.
