  1st floor chimney breast removal quote

  I was planning to remove the chimney breast from my 1st floor bedroom to create more space. I found Stacy to be very helpful when laying out the costs associated with the project. He also went above and beyond to answer the many questions I had about the chimney breast itself, and how the previous homeowner had redecorated in an unusual way and how we could go about fixing it. Ultimately, I didn't go ahead with Stacy's quote due to budget constraints but I can wholeheartedly recommend him for his expertise, patience, competitive quote and respectful communication!

  Structural steel calculations.

  CSDS were recommended to me by my architect for some structural steel calculations for my extension, Stacey attended site promptly and took the necessary measurements producing excellent drawings & calculations which were submitted and approved by the local council. Communication was excellent and when issues arouse Stacey was on site the following day to advise my builders. I can't recommend CSDS highly enough, they were excellent.   Removal of load bearng internal wall

  Reached out to Stacy on Monday, end report in my inbox on Thu evening! Really impressed with the whole experience from my first call (he missed it, but called back almost immediately), to the visit to our house and the report. He was the only structural engineer I got in touch with who asked for photos/details before giving us a price. Which wasn't the cheapest but was competitive. Explained everything clearly and simplified the process for us. Oh, and he also gave some great advice on a porch we're looking at building that has probably saved us hundreds of pounds. Very much recommended.
