I had very leaky guttering by my front door. I contacted Citywise online at 10:58 I had a call from Richard at 10:59 I had a visit from someone to assess the job at 12:00 I had a quote at 12:05 Accepted quote at 12:08 and had someone on site to do the work 5 minutes later. Job complete at 13:00 and no more waterfalls. Very happy with the service and responsiveness, particularly on such an awful day. Thank you!

I got Citywise in to initially look at replacing a flat roof on a car port, but quickly it became obvious that that a building wall and the entire roof structure were not in a good state with a lot of rot and poor build quality, after a bit of conversation we agreed to do the whole thing, which a fair price was agreed upon and the work done to a great standard, very quickly. My property is now secure and safe for a much longer time than it was before!
