  The team did an amazing job of damp proofing my property. The team was very friendly and made sure no residue got on any of my belongings. The wall was plastered and painted perfectly, to the extent that you wouldn’t be able to tell that they had removed inches deep it. Could not be happier with the result!

  Professional and timely!

  I cannot recommend Armond and the team at City Waterproofing highly enough. We used them for the basement waterproofing at our property on Hampstead , and from the very first visit Armond impressed us with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. He took the time to explain the options available, recommended the most appropriate waterproofing system for our property, and answered every question without any sales pressure. The workmanship was outstanding.

  Armand was very responsive from first contact. He came in person before quoting – a lot of companies will either quote without a visit or insist on paying them for a survey before quoting. Got a good feeling from him, reviews were great, and his quote was reasonable, so I accepted the quote. His guys were punctual, very polite and considerate, and cleaned up really well after what was - inevitably - a messy job. Time will tell, but the work looks good. In addition to his 10-year company guarantee, which is included in the quote, he offers an insurance-backed guarantee for a small extra fee.

  Cellar waterproofing to fix flooding issue

  I have always had issue with my cellar where it would flood a few times a year when the water table is high after persistent rain. When i finally decided to have this fixed, I wanted someone who's professional and who I can trust to get the job done well, and with guarantee for peace of mind. I'm glad that I chose City Waterproofing Ltd, Armond and his team were excellent from start to finish, with great communication, respectful and accommodating. It's earlier days, but so far so good , finally I can put the cellar to good use. My neighbour also ended up using them! Highly recommend!
