It’s been a bit of a nightmare this one. I asked for the wall into my existing paved drive to be moved, the slope on the drive adjusted, and separately my doorstep repaired. I was quoted £1200 for the work, the step, I was told, would be free. The wall was moved, but to a slapdash standard - paint unfinished, dust and dirt not cleaned up. There is now a step up to the drive, making it risky to drive the car onto it. The step has been glued and wobbles. I was told that the whole drive needs to be relaid and I need a stone mason for the step - none of which was communicated in advance.

James and his team worked through the heatwave and got the job done in a week. I changed the design whilst he was working and he was really accommodating and offered advice on how best to achieve what I was looking for. We’re over the moon with the end result.

Really greatful for James working with me to get my path idea within my budget. Other gardeners just said that they couldn't do the job for my budget, James talked me through options to get it down in price. High quality finish done very quickly, with him on task and complete within a week. Would definitely reccomend.

James gave good advice based on his experience. He communicated at each stage of the process keeping us informed. We required the job to be completed within 2 weeks and he achieved it within one week. We were very pleased with the end result.

James did a very good job on an awkward area. His ideas were helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend him, his work is excellent and he does call after the job is finished just to confirm everything is still okay with his work.

Always turned up on time very polite explanation for what they were doing and how they were going to do it, very clean and tidy removed all rubbish definitely would recommend to others.
