  I recently had my roof replaced by City Heights Roofing and couldn't be happier with the result. Will was fantastic throughout the entire process, with excellent communication from start to finish and always happy to answer any questions. The quote was very competitive and represented great value for money. The team were professional, reliable, and completed the work to a very high standard. The finished roof looks excellent and the site was left clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Will and City Heights Roofing to anyone.

  City Heights Roofing Sunderland have been fantastic from start to finish. William and his team replaced my full house roof, bay window canopy and shed roof in just 5 days, and the workmanship is excellent. Communication was clear throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were courteous, respectful of my property, and left everything tidy at the end of each day. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work completed and the quality of the finish. A reliable, hardworking team who deliver exactly what they promise — highly recommended 💯👌✅️
