I had a leak in my boiler and within 24 hours of contacting City Gas they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very understanding of my personal situation and we're more than happy to work around my schedule - very friendly and professional engineers. I Had a great experience today with city gas, they first tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone to avoid the call out and was super helpful, after trying that they came out right away and diagnosed the problem and showed me the fault and how they fixed it. Rental Flat gas checks and the gas boiler was serviced by City Gas. The work was booked in easily via the website, returning customers get a discount. The work was completed efficiently and I was notified by the engineer he was en route 30 minutes before his arrival allowing me to carry out my normal business.
