  Multiple new electric sockets and Ethernet points

  City Electrical did my pre-completion electrical checks and when I needed some work done on the property after purchasing I got into contact with them again. Happy with the job they’ve done. Got it all done in an afternoon with minimal fuss and excellent clean up skills. If any work needed in future I’ll be going back to them again.

  Absolutely the worst electrical service

  Absolutely the worst electrical service I've ever experienced. I hired this company for a job that should have taken 2–3 hours, but it dragged on for two full days (10 AM to 7 PM) and still wasn't finished. The quality of the work was shockingly poor. One socket he installed didn’t work at all, and when I checked, I found the internal wiring was dangerously loose. He also left the fuse board unsecured, posing a serious safety hazard. The rest of the work was equally substandard. I've since decided to not be allowing him back on my property to cause further delays.

  I’m disheartened by this review, as we take pride in my work and have always operated with honesty and professionalism, as reflected in the many positive reviews we received. In this case, we made multiple visits and completed the job to the agreed standard. Time, labour, and materials were all invested, and for that reason, a refund cannot be issued. The scope of work changed several times at the customer’s request, and despite these challenges, I remained committed to delivering a quality result. While I respect every customer’s right to share feedback, it’s disheartening when a review appears to be used to pressure a reduction in price or demand a refund—especially when the work has been completed in good faith. I encourage potential customers to view my other feedback for a more accurate reflection of my standards and service.
