Ahmed came out fast on the weekend and by Monday the scaffold was set and ready for work. Job completed and the leak appears to have stopped (although we've not had a proper storm to test yet). The thing I appreciated is that Ahmed explained the work he was planning, as well as carried out some gutter clearance further up the roof with no quibbles when I asked. This is something that a lot of people would not bother to do these days. One thing to note - replacement tiles could have been a better match but not too big an issue for this job. I would recommend them if you're in an emergency!

We needed help with a leaking gutter. Ahmed was fast to respond when we’d been let down, came out on a Sunday and did a thorough inspection in the pouring rain. He came back the next day, completed the job quickly and on budget and thank god the rain has stopped dripping onto my windowsill! Highly recommend

From the first visit, they were professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly, including photos of the problem areas and a fair, detailed quote. The team arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout. They were polite, respectful, and happy to answer any questions. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the roof now looks great and feels much more secure. They also left the site spotless when finished.

I had numerous quotes but Citi Roofing stood out. Firstly they one of only two companies that got up on the roof on visiting before quoting. The quote was fair and backed with a rationale. The communication was great and the were always on time. Quality materials were used. The quality of work was excellent and they left everything clean and tidy. Communication was great from start to finish. Ahmed came out and gave me a reasonable quote with good advice. He carried out the work to a very high standard, I was very pleased with his work. If you are looking for a good roofer I would highly recommend him to everyone and he will be my go to roofer if I need any more work done in future. Nina
