Received a call immediately after submitting the job on check a trade. Ahmed from Citi roofing stated that he is interested. He went to see the job the same day. He sent me a video of the actual problem and quoted. Since it was reasonable I told him to go ahead woth the job. Ahmed advised me that he was going to temporarily place a cover on the damaged roof. He completed the job satisfactorily.

I contacted Citi Roofing via Checkatrade on 20/07/25 and they called within 10 minutes and arranged to come to my property within a few hours. They arrived promptly on time, quoted for the repair work, purchased the materials and fixed the problem professionally all in about 3 hours.
