  The Structural alterations to the original annex

  Shaun has taken on a complex conversion of a garden and lean to into an annex for a disabled family member. Shaun has ripped out all old works which someone had constructed outside building regulations. Shaun has completed the works to a very high standard, helping us to make decisions along the way which have seen further improvements to the design. Shaun has kept the site so clean and tidy throughout which has meant that we have had zero disruption to the rest of the property

  Kitchen transformation

  Shaun did an excellent job removing our utility room and toilet to create a big open kitchen/diner and then fitted a new kitchen. He listened to our needs and did a fantastic job, his problem solving and persistence were excellent. We are absolutely delighted with the work that he carried out. At all times throughout the whole project Shaun was punctual, tidy and courteous, he was really patient and considerate working around our family (with x2 children under his feet!)

  Installing New Kitchen

  Shaun was instructed on the replacement of a kitchen in our office building. Ripping out the old, making good the walls before installing the new kitchen units. Shaun was prompt every day he was here, he was patient with the constant interruptions and tidied up at the end of every day. He came in over the weekend and also assembled a new dining set and garden furniture. We are impressed with the quality of his workmanship, and would highly recommend Shaun.

  Garage conversion

  Shaun did a fantastic job with our garage conversion, he is polite, punctual and exceptionally tidy. He listened to what we wanted and explained all the options to us. We are delighted with the end result and have already got the next job planned with him!

  Third job at our house..!!!

  Shaun is a terrific builder, this is the third time in 5 years we have used Cissbury Property for works in our house. He is diligent, reliable, tidy and works tirelessly turning our house of horror into a family home…! Worth waiting for ,if he says he is booked up, that’s because he is doing a great job for someone else, my advice is wait for him- entirely worth it. Thanks Shaun, Amy and Stu

  Cladding,Fascias and Soffits, Guttering etc

  It was our lucky day when we contacted Shaun about our planned external renovations as we subsequently found him to be extremely competent, trustworthy,hard-working, efficient and a thoroughly nice person. He added cladding to 3 sides of our property, replaced fascias, soffits, bargeboards, guttering, drainpipes, arranged scaffolding and a skip. Everything was explained to us beforehand and all work carried out as planned including solving some expected problems along the way.Shaun has an amazing work ethic, mostly working in hot, sunny conditions, always put in a 9, sometimes 10, hour day.
