Prompt response and came out quickly after our inquiry, very polite and accommodating, answering all our questions and going over and above explaining the findings, gave a quote for work that needs doing, no pressure for the sale and very happy with their service so far.

Our experience was good, the employee explained a couple of different options we had, answered any questions and explained everything clearly, including aftercare and provided a leaflet that also provided that info. Can't comment yet on how effective the treatment is as it's only been a couple of hours.
