My overall experience was positive. I was able to get an appointment same day for the initial survey/quote work. Once talked through the options, we got an appointment for the following week for the work to be done. There was a bit of mis-communication with regards to the timing of the works (we were told it would be am, but the day before we got a confirmation it would be pm which was less convenient) but it was all sorted to our satisfaction with a quick phone call. The fitters arrived promptly on the day, all work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Overall, very pleased.

Excellent service, punctual and high quality and very professional

Great all round service that identified the cause of my mould took samples to analyse it and then safely got rid of it. Andrew who came to do our mould assesment was very informative throughout, then Kevin who led the team of workers made sure that everything went as planned. Good value for money.
